What’s this…
‘strategic copywriting’?
One of my clients came and said:
“I need you to fix the copy on my sales page.
That’s why my membership didn’t sell that well.”
And, yes, probably, that’s part of the reason.
However -
How many emails did they send?
What type of leads did they have?
How well were they written?
Did people actually click onto that sales page at all?
The problem may not have been the sales page at all…
(The sales page definitely needed some serious work, however…)
They were also using a dormant emailing list - that means, over 1000 sleeping leads who had no memory of ever subscribing to their email list.
(hint: not a good thing).
… AND sending emails that screamed ChatGPT.
So - we fixed all of it. The emails. The sales page. The communication style.
And boom, the sales page is just gone live, adding people to the waitlist and using an email list that actually interact with the content.
And this was only the first launch…
So, if we were to work together, I’ll also need you to keep me in the loop of the changes you make - because everything is connected.
And, even if it is your business, you have to understand that MY business and success depend on results.

Copy Tip #1: build trust
There’s no point in selling something for $67 one day and then offering it at 50% discount the next day.
If I bought it at $67, I’ll feel betrayed by you.
And you’ve now lost a customer
(because those who buy from you once, are the most likely to buy from you again. And you just lost them).
So … you can only raise your prices, never lower them.
